If you want to keep your line, please remove it from the spool before sending in for service.

* In order for us to honor your warranty, you must have purchased your reel within the last year and have proof of that purchase (receipt).
Also, warranty work does not include cleaning and lubrication. Cleaning and lubrication will be performed at customer's expense.
Shipping Instructions: Pack your reel securely and enclose a note explaining the nature of the repair, proof of purchase for warranty
repairs, a daytime phone number, and your return mailing address (street address only - we ship Priority Mail or UPS). Mail your reel to us at (no CODs):
